After 30 days of initial purchase, the Refund Policy is as follows:
A member is eligible to receive a pro-rated refund only if a membership is cancelled by or one of its Networks for any reason,  or if the fee schedule of the plan you have selected is not honored by at least one participating general dentistry provider in your vicinity.

If your plan auto-renews:  Within the first 60 days of the auto-renewal date, we offer a full refund of the plan price, less the $20 processing fee. Call 1-888-632-5353 to speak with a :DP AtYourService® team representative  for more information. After 60 days from the automatic renewal, the above refund policy applies.If you would not like to have your plan renew automatically, you must set your account to "Do Not Renew."

Members can switch their plan to another plan at any time during their membership. Contact our :DP AtYourService® Team at 1-888-632-5353 for assistance.

Processing Fee: The processing fee is for the standard upkeep & administration of the members area as well as sending your plan information in the mail.

State Exceptions

To ensure that a cancellation request is processed, a Member must speak with a :DP AtYourService® team representative  by calling the number on their Membership ID Card.

Dental Insurance
